Changes in pandemic restrictions have led to the return of in-person career fairs, which are key to recruiting healthcare professionals, according to Joan Brazeau, interim CEO of Blanche River Health.

“Recruiting doctors is an ongoing priority for Blanche River Health,” he said.
“We are very pleased that recruitment activities have moved from virtual to in-person events again and we took the opportunity to get out and meet health science students from all over Ontario to share with them the career opportunities available on our Englehart and Kirkland Lake sites. ”
Over the past several months, Blanche River Health employees have focused on recruiting doctors, nurses and related health professionals by attending career fairs and recruiting events in Ottawa, Blue Mountains, North Bay, Sudbury and Parry Sound, and planning trips to Timmins and Niagara. Fall in the coming weeks.
Today, Blanche River Health recruits a variety of healthcare professionals including physicians, registered nurses, personal support workers, registered practice nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, registered dietitians, respiratory therapists, medical laboratory technologists, and physiotherapists.
