Bruce County has begun recruiting registered and registered practical nurses for local long-term care homes.
The county shared details on its website, stating that hiring is underway for nursing positions at Gateway Haven in Wiarton and Brucelea Haven in Walkerton. Successful hires may qualify for a $1,000 signing incentive. There are part time and full time positions available.
“Long Term Care RNs and RPNs do a very important job in our community, caring for our senior residents. Their efforts ensure Bruce County long-term care homes are places where residents live with dignity, safety, security, and comfort,” a release from the county stated.
