My favorite exercise is this one. It’s hard to find a beginner exercise that’s great for your back, but she makes it easy.
He also gives you an overview of his life. You can see the decline in his fitness and his achievements. She’s human and doesn’t put on the fake fitness façade that other YouTubers do.
He welcomes all his viewers into the family and proves that you are not alone in your wellness journey.

Anyone who has spent a millisecond in the fitness section of YouTube has heard of Chloe Ting. Her bubbly personality is contagious and she makes working out at home a little easier.
What really stands out about Chloe isn’t her impressive 17 million subscribers or her 6-pack abs and petite waist. It’s actually a fact that he encourages you not to be perfect.
Let’s face it: people take breaks when they work out and no one is going to get in shape all the time. Chloe has most women’s bodies would kill for and she didn’t do 100 perfect sit ups to get it.
In Chloe’s video she falls, loses her balance, stops exercising, does the wrong exercise, and tightens her face to show viewers how painful exercise is nowadays.

But don’t let the rookie rating fool you. I can attest to that this woman will give you the body of your dreams!
Caroline offers a variety of workout videos ranging from five minutes to over an hour. They are very intense so I don’t recommend the channel for beginners. But he has something special that people of all fitness levels can appreciate.
His body was pounding and even he was resting during his training. He has better stomach than most men but still tired and rested during sit ups.
Caroline Girvan is proof that you can achieve your dream body at your own pace and when you get tired, take a break.

This fitness and lifestyle channel has been around for over 10 years; portion cardio, pilatesnutrition and exercise videos to its audience of over 5 million viewers.
Casey Ho, the channel’s host, has the most interesting video on this entire list. The videos are challenging but so entertaining that they will keep you coming back.
Imagine your legs turning to jelly from too many squats but getting distracted by the chattering of a beautiful Asian woman working beside you. Casey Ho provides exercise instructions while casually chatting about his trips to the grocery store, favorite foods, new hobbies, etc.
His constant babbling distracts you from the pain from your training And before you know it, the video is over and you’ve finished the full 30 minute pilates video.
Working out with Casey feels like you’re working out with your mom, sister, and best friend all wrapped up into one amazing human being, united with yoga pants.
I started my fitness journey with this channel. I lost over 10lbs and have super slim waist all summer following MadFit workout videos.
The videos feel so effortless it’s amazing they actually deliver results. This is the ideal channel for beginners.
MadFit is also not new to Youtube and you may have seen it before. Her most popular video took the internet by storm with her TikTok-inspired dance workout.
The videos are great for all fitness levels, even if you’ve never worked out before. Most of the videos provide detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise before it even starts.
Occasionally, he’ll interrupt with words of encouragement to help you complete the entire exercise. He didn’t say much. But her playlist is the bomb and makes up for the lack of words.
